Thiess Rehabilitation Group Manager Jonathan Miln and Senior Mine Rehabilitation Advisor, Isabel Hardy, are heading to this year’s International Mining and Resources Conference (IMARC) in Sydney from 29-31 October.
As well as networking with our colleagues, who will be showcasing innovations in mine rehabilitation, culture and collaboration, and autonomous mining services, Jonathan will be a panellist on the Post-Mining Transformations & Future Use event on Thursday 31 October.
“I’m looking forward to the event, particularly the opportunity to participate in the panel discussion on Post-Mining Transformations & Future Use – Responsible Mining Initiatives that Contribute to Shared Prosperity, and the chance to chat with my colleagues about how we can work together to safely deliver customised, innovative mine rehabilitation solutions that maximise value for clients and local communities,” said Jonathan.
Isabel will be participating at the NextGen Junior Program.
“I’m excited to participate in the NextGen event, where I’ll be chatting with the potential next generation of mining and sustainability professionals – and share my industry knowledge and career advice with them,” added Isabel.
