Thiess Rehabilitation Group Manager James Anderson will be presenting at the NSW Minerals Council HSEC conference in August in the Hunter Valley, New South Wales.
James will be discussing how Thiess Rehabilitation is unlocking opportunities through innovation in mine rehabilitation, while Peter York, Environment & Community Superintendent, Mount Pleasant and Muswellbrook Coal Rehabilitation, Thiess, will be presenting a case study of rehabilitation works at the Mount Pleasant Operation.
The presentations will form part of the session, Mine Rehabilitation and Biodiversity, which will include presentations from Idemitsu about its clean industries precinct plans for Muswellbrook, and Whitehaven on its biodiversity offset strategy.
